Super Smoothie

One of my successful smoothie experiments!  This great tasting smoothie is packed with vitamins, minerals, fibre, protein, essential fatty acids, and if you make it with low-fat yogurt, it's low fat too.  It's a complete meal in a glass! 

You will need:

150g of yogurt (a small pot)
1 x small banana
1 x handful of raspberries
6 x dessertspoonfuls of porridge oats
1 x dessertspoonful of shelled hemp seeds
1 x 1/2 teaspoon of spirulina powder
A splash of clementine juice to make to drinking consistency

Blend all ingredients with a hand-blender until smooth.  Then drink!
